LAGOS STANDS UP FOR THE BEAT 99.9 FM

The beat 99.9 fm an urban lifestyle/pop radio station in Lagos is celebrating it's third annivesary today.
The annivesary even made it to become a trend on twitter and the radio station claims to have got over 400 followers in one day.Activities marking the event include series of interviews with musicians billed to perform later at a show in Oniru private estate Lagos.The Kennis music crew whose boss Kenny Ogungbe shares a birthday with the radio station
was present at an interview to celebrate with them. Most of the Kennis Music artistes will be performing at the event tonight.Other acts to perform include  P-Square, Tuface, Wizkid, Mo’Cheddah, Dr SID, Tiwa Savage, Waconzy
The beat 99.9 Fm is rumoured to be jointly owned by Olisa Adibua and Obi Asika both of storm entertainment.Olisa Adibua was a presenter at rival station 96.9 cool FM.
The beat 99.9 Fm and 96.9 cool Fm are both free internet radio stations that can be enjoyed via streaming radio.
