Ladies Are You Proposing?

It's a leap year and this means it only happens once in four years. That means the next leap year is going to be in the year 2016. I hear the wishes of the ladies usually come to pass on the 29th of February which is a rare date.I dare say one of the secret wishes of every woman is to
date or even get to marry  the man of their dreams. Some ladies know this man but "die in silence" all in the name of waiting for him to propose to her. While it seems a norm for a guy to propose to a lady, it will do no harm if once in a while the ladies take the cue if she senses a guy's interested in her and propose to him.  I think that will surprise the guy and take a lot of burden off his shoulders and that relationship will be a happy one.
