biggest corporate brands (Glo Naija sings and Gulder ultimate search) to winning
several awards including best dance video at the just concluded Channel O music

TOP 10 NAIJA SONGS OF 2011
Wow… It’s almost the end of the year. While thinking of what to write for my blog today, an idea crept into my head. Why not do the best-selling albums of the year? I said nope. That would be too time consuming as I would need to do lots of research and compile statistics. So for today, I’ll give you the top 10 songs in Naija for 2011 and maybe later do the best selling Nigerian albums. Here is my pick for the chart busters of 2011. Feel free to let me know who you feel should be there and who shouldn’t be.In no particular order,1. D' BANJ SHUNS CHANNEL O AWARDS..... SAYS I TRAVEL FIRST CLASS
D' banj was notably absent from the Channel O awards that took place at theTaboo Sandton in Johannesburg, South Africa. ·
MI, you’ve bought so much fame with just One
naira and now you claim to be undisputed! Easy

·
Tiwa Savage, why do you still scream love

D'BANJ AND IKECHUKWU REUNITES
Things seem to be going better between D'banj and Ikechukwu aka E skillz after a long standing rift between them as they were seen together on stage at an event recently in lagos Nigeria.
Remember that the fight between both parties resulted in Ikechukwu flying off to the UK and leaving his friends at Mo' Hits records behind.
It was rumoured that Ikechukwu left storm records to join Mo'Hits which he was more comfortable with causing a rift between him and Naeto C however this was denied by Mo' hits boss Don Jazzy who claimed Ikechukwu was never to the label.
Let's hope things go well between both parties now.
