Popular Nigerian actor Osita Iheme aka Paw paw of the Aki and Paw paw fame popular in the Nigerian movie industry will join other great names in Nollywood to receive the prestigious Federal goverment of Nigeria award as a Man of the Federal republic (MFR). Other top Nollywood stars to be honoured include  Olu Jacobs,  Genevieve Nnaji, Stephanie Okereke, Amaka Igwe and Kanayo O Kanayo.
The recognition of Chinedu Ikedieze aka Aki by the Federal government last year had drawn criticisms from Nollywood practitioners who said Pawpaw should be recongnized alongside his twin brother Aki as they both act in the same movies.

After a successful premier in New York and Chicago, veteran Nollywood actress Funke Akindele will be premiering her new movie THE RETURN OF JENIFA in Nigerian cinemas on October 7^th.
